Working For Access To Care
At Access to Care we are dedicating to employing the best people to work for us. A good working environment promotes a stable staff, and this is vital for us to be able to provide continuity of support for the young people who access our services. Our friendly and caring team offer the highest level of service to each and every young adult we support. Access to Care believe in providing excellent and continuing training for all staff. Working with us means that you will complete a comprehensive Training Induction Programme within 12 weeks of starting to work with us. As well as this, all staff attend and complete a full range of training courses including:
- CSE Child Sexual Exploitation
- CCE Child Criminal Exploitation
- Index Offenders
All staff are qualified, or working towards, as a minimum, Quality Care Foundation (QCF) Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Would you like to join our team of dedicated staff?
